1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the conditions for using creator profiles, sponsorship proposals, collaboration conversations, and related Danchuu features. They also describe the basic responsibilities of users and the service operator.
2. Accounts and roles
Advertisers sign in with Google, verify a separately provided company email, and provide company or brand information for review. Danchuu does not receive an advertiser password. Creators select and connect a YouTube channel they own during the Google connection process. Site administrators use a separate administration area only after Google sign-in and approval by a master administrator. Available features may differ by role and review status.
3. Using the service
Creators manage the public profile and sponsorship terms for each channel. An approved advertiser may select a saved campaign and send a proposal. Ordinary conversation does not begin until the creator has reviewed and accepted the proposal. After acceptance, the participants discuss proposal and collaboration terms directly. Danchuu is not a party to their contract and does not guarantee payment.
Public discovery is enabled only when real public records and operational review are ready. Internal test information is not presented as a public user, transaction, or marketplace result before that release.
4. User responsibilities
Users must not impersonate another person or organization, submit false information, send repetitive sales messages or spam, violate law, infringe copyright, or misuse personal information. Danchuu may review or restrict content and accounts when reasonably necessary to protect safe operation of the service.
5. Connections to external services
Google and YouTube connections operate only within the permissions a user grants on Google. Danchuu requests read-only access needed to verify a channel and analyze public videos. It does not request permission to upload, edit, delete, or otherwise manage YouTube videos or channels.
6. Changes and termination
Danchuu will provide notice in the service before a material change to these terms takes effect. Use may be restricted to the extent necessary when a violation of law, a threat to service safety, or a repeated violation of these terms is confirmed.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the categories and purposes of personal information processing, retention standards, and the rights available to users.
