FOR CREATORS
Make your channel the clear starting point for sponsorship enquiries.
Danchuu helps creators organize sponsorship terms and the start of a collaboration around the YouTube channels they connect and choose to publish.
01 · CHANNEL CONNECTION
Connect and verify channels you own.
During Google sign-in, you choose a YouTube channel that you own. Danchuu uses YouTube data only within the read-only scope needed to verify the channel and analyze public video performance. It never receives or stores your YouTube password and never requests channel-management permissions such as uploading, editing, or deleting videos.
Connecting a channel does not publish everything immediately. A channel goes through an operational review, and the creator still decides whether to publish the profile. Only approved, published channels appear in discovery.
02 · PUBLIC PROFILE
Show the information advertisers need to make a decision.
A public profile can organize a channel introduction and category, sponsorship products, price model, availability, and shareable portfolio by channel. You do not need to complete every field at once, but clear formats and terms make it easier for an advertiser to understand what they can propose.
Choose a fixed price, range, or discussion-based price as appropriate. A published price does not automatically become the final contract price. Reconfirm factors such as the product, production effort, schedule, and secondary usage in the proposal and conversation.
03 · CHANNEL DATA
Read views in the context of the channel.
Danchuu can show separate long-form and Shorts performance using public video data. Instead of judging fit by subscribers alone, consider recent view patterns, content category, posting cadence, and the requested sponsorship format together.
Numbers do not guarantee campaign outcomes. Review unusually high or low videos, seasonality, the topic, and product fit separately. Keep your profile consistent with verifiable information rather than overstating performance.
04 · PROPOSALS AND COLLABORATION
Record the terms before deciding on a proposal.
Approved advertisers’ proposals and applications to open campaigns are managed by channel. Review the product or service, content format, preferred dates, budget, and discussion terms before deciding whether they fit your channel and audience. When applying to a campaign, choose the published channel that best fits it.
Once a proposal is accepted and a collaboration can begin, participants can work through details in a private conversation. Danchuu does not automatically finalize prices, dates, content results, or payments. Record key agreements, changes, and necessary materials clearly so both parties can understand them.
05 · SAFETY AND PRIVACY
Protect personal and account-access information first.
Do not send Google sign-in details, verification codes, personal payment data, or unnecessary identity documents to a new contact. Treat off-platform advance-payment requests, unusually urgent deadlines, and unexpected links with care. You can use reporting, blocking, and the operating policy for suspicious people or conversations.
You control disconnecting a Google account and changing publication settings. Before adding contact details or a portfolio to a public profile, confirm that the information is appropriate to share.
