1. Scope and basic principles

These guidelines apply to creator and advertiser information, sponsorship proposals, campaigns, applications, conversations, and collaboration activity on Danchuu. Users must identify themselves accurately and communicate from facts the other party can evaluate. Features must not be used in a way that harms another person or undermines trust in the platform.

2. Impersonation and false information

Do not impersonate another person, brand, institution, or creator. Do not connect a channel you do not own or submit false company information, contact details, performance figures, or portfolio material. Claims that guarantee advertising outcomes or the likelihood of a contract are also prohibited.

Internal test channels, campaigns, auctions, and figures are not shown as public users, transactions, or real marketplace activity. Public discovery is enabled only after real data has completed operational review.

3. Spam and repeated solicitation

Do not send the same proposal or message repeatedly or continue contacting someone against their wishes. Bulk links unrelated to the recipient’s content and improper pressure to move to an external contact or payment method may be treated as spam. Tailor a proposal to the relevant channel and purpose.

4. Illegal or restricted goods and services

Danchuu does not allow promotion or collaboration proposals for goods and services that violate law or create a material risk of harm. This includes illegal gambling, fraudulent financial or investment schemes, unlawful drugs or medical services, illegal weapons, counterfeit goods, controlled substances, and other regulated offers. A proposal with unclear legality or disclosure obligations may also be reviewed or restricted.

5. Sexual content, violence, and hate

Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, extreme violence or gore, and content that promotes hate, harassment, or threats against a person or group are not allowed. Even when context is considered, use of a proposal, conversation, or profile that threatens another person’s safety or dignity may be restricted.

6. Privacy and security

Do not request or share sensitive information that is unnecessary for a collaboration decision, such as passwords, verification codes, national identification numbers, or full payment credentials. Enter Google sign-in information only on Google’s sign-in page. Before placing someone else’s personal information in a public profile or conversation, confirm that you have the right to share it.

7. Copyright and other rights

Do not use another person’s video, image, music, trademark, document, or portfolio without permission or present it as your own. Participants should separately agree on the use scope, term, and editing rights needed for advertising material and collaboration deliverables. Report suspected infringement with the relevant evidence.

8. Reporting and blocking

Approved users can report concerns involving a user, proposal, campaign, application, conversation, or collaboration. Use blocking when unwanted contact or a safety concern arises. Describe the target and reason as accurately as practical. For an immediate threat of crime or physical harm, contact the appropriate emergency authority before using Danchuu’s reporting process.

9. Operator review and action

The operator may review a report, relevant service records, and evidence of a policy violation. When a violation is confirmed or action is reasonably necessary for safety, Danchuu may restrict public content, an account or channel, proposals, conversations, or collaboration features. Reports do not automatically produce the same outcome; context, repetition, and potential harm are considered.

These guidelines may be updated as service features and applicable requirements change.
