2. Information processed and purpose
| User context | Main information processed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| All users | Session identifiers, IP address and device information, and request logs | Maintain sign-in, prevent abuse, protect the service, and respond to incidents |
| Advertisers | Google account identifier and sign-in email, separately provided company email, company, brand, website and contact information, saved campaigns, and proposal content | Google sign-in, company-email verification, company review, proposals, and collaboration conversations |
| Creators | Google account identifier and verified email, selected YouTube channel information, and read-only connection tokens | Account connection, channel verification, public profiles, and analysis of public-video performance |
| Site administrators | Google account identifier and verified email, administrator access state and level, and approval and audit records | Operator authentication, administrator approval, and service security |
3. Processing basis and separate choices
Information necessary to create and manage an account, conduct reviews, and deliver proposals is processed only to the extent needed to provide the requested service and perform the user relationship. This Privacy Policy is a public notice that can be reviewed at any time; it is not used as blanket consent for every form of processing. If a future optional purpose requires separate consent, Danchuu will present the purpose, information involved, retention period, and right to refuse as a distinct choice.
4. Retention
Account and service information is retained while the user relationship continues. After account deletion or a valid deletion request, information is deleted without undue delay unless a legal obligation requires a defined retention period. An advertiser email-verification token can be used for only 30 minutes, and Danchuu stores a hash rather than the original token.
5. External services and optional features
Danchuu uses Google for advertiser sign-in, creator connections, and site-administrator authentication. Google account identifiers and verified sign-in emails support account authentication; administrator access is activated only after approval by a master administrator. A company email is provided and verified separately. Creators use only the read-only YouTube information allowed on Google’s consent screen. Danchuu does not request a YouTube password or video-management permission.
If Resend is configured in production for advertiser verification or service notifications, the recipient address and information needed to deliver the message are sent to that provider. If Naver Analytics is explicitly enabled, browser information and cookies or similar technology needed to measure visits may be used. Browser web push processes subscription and delivery information only after the user grants permission.
6. Security measures
Danchuu does not receive or store advertiser passwords. Administrator-only passwords are stored as non-reversible hashes, and YouTube connection tokens are encrypted. Roles use separate permissions and sign-in surfaces, while session and request records support detection of unauthorized access and abuse.
7. Optional marketing messages
The choice to receive commercial emails about new features, events, or promotions is separate from required sign-up terms. Refusing does not restrict ordinary registration or service use. The consent state and the document version accepted are recorded separately.
8. Advertising and cookies
Danchuu does not currently enable the Google AdSense script, ad slots, or Auto Ads. Danchuu therefore does not currently set Google AdSense advertising cookies or serve personalized ads.
If Google AdSense is enabled in the future, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to Danchuu or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on those visits.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Visitors may also manage personalized ads from other third-party vendors through the vendor’s own settings or the AboutAds industry opt-out page. Before activation, Danchuu will describe the actual scope and available choices in this policy and related notices.
Before serving ads to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Danchuu will use a Google-certified consent management platform and provide the required consent and withdrawal controls. This notice describes a future possibility and does not mean that Danchuu currently serves personalized advertising.
9. User rights and policy changes
Users may contact the privacy address to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their information. Marketing consent can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe instructions in a message or through the privacy contact. Danchuu will provide notice in the service before a material policy change takes effect and will publish the new version.
