FOR ADVERTISERS

Start with real, reviewed channel information before you propose.

Danchuu helps advertisers prepare collaborations around real YouTube channel information that has passed publication review and around clearly structured proposals.

01 · ACCOUNT REVIEW

Sign in with Google and verify a separate company email.

After Google sign-in, advertisers provide company or brand information and a verifiable company email. The company email can differ from the Google sign-in email. An operational review follows email verification, and proposals are unavailable until approval is complete.

Approval does not mean every proposal will be accepted or that a particular outcome is guaranteed. Each creator evaluates the proposal content, channel fit, schedule, and terms. Keep information that affects their decision, such as company name, brand name, and website, accurate and up to date.

02 · CREATOR DISCOVERY

Compare more than subscriber count.

Public creator pages show real channels that have been approved and published. Review category, sponsorship format, published terms, long-form and Shorts performance patterns, and recent activity. Subscriber count is one signal of reach; it does not replace product fit, content fit, or expected campaign results.

Set the intended format and audience expectation first, then compare several channels on the same criteria. Check median views, recent uploads, and whether individual videos are unusual as well as average views.

03 · DIRECT PROPOSAL

Choose a saved campaign for the first proposal.

For a direct proposal, select a saved campaign and add a preferred amount, date, and message. Its title, product, format, budget, period, and detailed terms are preserved as they were when the proposal was sent and shown at the top of the first conversation.

Creators can open that proposal card and accept or decline it. Neither party can send ordinary messages before acceptance; a private conversation opens only afterward. A proposal is not a contract or payment guarantee, so agree on usage, revisions, sponsorship disclosure, and cancellation terms in the conversation.

04 · CAMPAIGN

Write open campaigns so their terms are easy to compare.

Advertisers can run an open campaign with a title, brand and product, category, sponsorship format, budget, target creator count, application deadline, and description. Choose the format closest to the intended result and explain any acceptable alternatives clearly.

Compare selected channels, proposal content, and published terms against the campaign goal. Check whether the budget is a range or to be discussed and whether the deadline and preferred publication period are realistic. Danchuu helps compare applicants and continue the conversation; it does not automatically process or guarantee payment, contracts, or results.

05 · SAFE USE

Choose clear records over pressure.

Do not ask creators for account details, verification codes, or unnecessary personal data. If you receive an urgent off-platform payment link or advance-payment request, reconfirm the terms with the other party and pause when something looks suspicious. Impersonation, spam, and suspected fraud can be reported or blocked.

Danchuu’s operating policy does not allow false information, repeated spam, illegal goods or services, privacy violations, or copyright infringement.
